Recycling education and recycling programs in our schools are some of the most important things we can do to boost the recycling movement. As such, Keep Georgia Beautiful & Georgia Recycling Coalition put together a great packet guide to recycling in schools. You can download it here. It is packed with good information as well as useful additional resources.
Also try the Environmental Education in Georgia website and the U.S. Green Building Council's High Performance & Healthy Schools Program. It has a lot of good resources, including statistics for current programs, school listings, calendar events, and newsletters.
